The Cozy House - Riyadh는 3층 건물로 1층에는 식당과 휴게실이, 2층에는 1인실 (Single) 3실과 2인실(Twin) 2실이 준비되어 있습니다.

The Cozy House - Riyadh 는 450평 정도의 규모의 컴파운드 (compound)의 중앙에 위치해있으며, 5미터 높이의 담장이 둘러쳐져 있습니다.
산보와 조깅을 편안한 옷차림으로 하실 수 있습니다.

- 콜택시나 개인 자가용 예약이 가능합니다 (Transportation can be arranged by a Call Taxi (London Cab Club) or a Private Car, in accordance with the Guests' request at their cost
- 렌트카 (Avis, Hertz or Budget) 예약이 가능합니다.
- 골프 투어 예약이 가능합니다. (Reservation at the Green Golf Course, the latest Golf Clubs' rent, can be provided at the reasonable price)
